Cleveland Eye Clinic and the Brecksville Surgery Center, a five location practice, specializing in the latest eye care technology, has been using iMedicWare since February 2011 for our practice management system and electronic health records needs. The conversion for both entities was done overnight. A remarkable accomplishment!

With iMedicWares web based software we have been able to streamline the practice flow while maintaining a strong focus on patient care across our many ophthalmic specialties ranging from cataract, corneal, refractive, glaucoma, retinal along with primary optometric care. Our patient management and overall care has also been simplified because of iMedicWare's wireless compatibility that also facilitates remote access to patient charts. Our surgery center is 100% paperless and we expect the clinic side of our business to be paperless by 2013.

We truly appreciate the real time adjudication that instantly provides a comprehensive view of eligibility, co-insurance, deductibles and co-pays. Their intuitive billing functions and the many other advanced practice management features that keep us running smoothly day to day are a pleasure to work with.

imedicware stands out from its competitors because of its intuitive layout. All exam components are present in an organized manner which mirrors the flow of my examination. I also have the flexibility to alter my template with the click of a button to allow the input of information appropriate to that type of exam.

I have also found that the training of new technicians is not as time consuming as in the past because of its intuitive layout and the ways in which it follows my practices own workflows. The iMedicWare software I use at Surgisite Boston is exceptional.
